Nick has diverse experience in the legal field. Previously, he practiced municipal law and served as City Attorney and litigation counsel for multiple cities in the Kansas City Area. Prior to that, served as Assistant Legal Counsel for the 16th Judicial Circuit of Jackson County where he advised members of the judiciary and court administration on procedural matters, employment issues, and judicial ethics. Also, Nick received an LL.M. in Elder Law and spent a large part of his career litigating social security, Medicare, and Medicaid cases in the federal courts.
